Vega SAUR ™ software and hardware complex designed
to equip ore-thermal electric furnaces for the purpose
of parameter control and optimization energy technology smelting
modes for the production of ferrous, non-ferrous and titanium
metallurgy alloys.  Vega SAUR™ allows you to obtain the specified grades of alloys with maximum productivity, minimal expenditure of energy and material resources.

Electrode slipping sensor is part of Vega SAUR ™ complex and intended for standard and spontaneous slipping («sliding») measuring of the ore-thermal electric furnace electrode and formation of measurement data for transmission into microprocessor automation equipment. Electrode slipping sensor is used in ore-thermal electric furnaces of metallurgical, chemical and other industries.

Module purpose:

Automated feeding of fines into the melt during casting on the casting machine:
